So with Labor Day a memory, Summer coming to an end and kids going back to school, its time to get back to a regular schedule.....including at the gym!

We take Summer off at our gym ( Ocean Club ) because there's so much going on and kids have lots of activities , but as Summer ends it's time to get back on track ( pun intended )

I'm sure as most adults know as well , it isnt always easy to make it to the gym. I have a goal of 3 days a week this Fall . Is that a reasonable amount ? What do you think ?

As I am in my mid 40's it seems really important to stay in shape. These seem to be the determining years...because if you lose that edge (fitness) its hard to get back alot of the time as we get older. There is alot of things going on in a Parents life and it's very easy to put fitness on the back burner. I am also considering the cost for the gym and if I am not going.... it's a waste
of money.

So Parents....What do you do ?

A) Go the gym 4 or more days a week?

B) Go to gym 1-3 days a week?

C) Work Out At Home?

D) I Don't do any formal workout ....
