There are upcoming road re-surfacing projects coming up this week in Toms River. The work is being done by the Ocean County Roads Department. So we thought we'd ask what roads do YOU think need a "makeover" ? Any roads here in Ocean, Burlington or Monmouth Counties ....

I think I'll nominate sections of Route 37 ,,, especially eastbound in the far right lane! also portions of Route 9 between South Toms River and Beachwwod

• CALDWELL LANE, East Water Street to Washington Street: Milling and paving with lane and shoulder closures with alternating traffic. Times were not specified.
• RIDGEWAY ROAD, Whitesville Road to Commonwealth Boulevard: Milling and paving with lane and shoulder closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• EAST WATER STREET, Hooper Avenue to Dock Street: Milling and paving with lane and shoulder closures with alternating traffic.
• CHURCH ROAD, Route 9 to North Bay Avenue: Milling and paving with lane and shoulder closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
