Ocean County Honors Unsung Hero Students

Shawn & Sue were joined Tuesday morning by Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer and Superintendent of the Central Regional School District Dr. Tom Parlapanides. The topic was the "Unsung Hero Program 2020"

The "Unsung Hero Awards" honor students in Ocean County who have overcome adversity, challenges such as physical or emotional, and/or has shown great improvement.

The program is sponsored by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, Executive County Superintendent of Schools Ocean County, Ocean County Association of School Administrators, WaWa Foundation, Casino Pier-Breakwater Beach-Coin Castle Seaside Heights.

There will be a special awards presentation to these fantastic students on Thursday, May 7th at Central Regional High School in Bayville.
