Downtown Toms River Has Been Invaded By Scarecrows! [VIDEO]

Downtown Toms River is gearing up for its 4th Annual "Scarecrow Walk" happening now through October 31st.

Scarecrows will decorate downtown and they'll be looking for your vote.

The streets of Downtown Toms River are lined with a cast of characters so be sure to come down and help pick the winners by voting for the scarecrow YOU like best.

Presented by the Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District.
