The Garden State Philharmonic Symphony Society, Inc. (GSP) is dedicated to a mission of maintaining and operating a professional level symphony orchestra at the Jersey Shore; to giving concerts of cultural and educational value in and for the community; and to fostering such related activities that will encourage interest in and appreciation of music.
It began in 1955 .... Now 59 years later the Garden State Philharmonic continues to entertain here at the Jersey Shore. Treat yourself this Spring & Summer to an enchanting night out with your loved ones. Lets keep the classics alive with the GSP!
The Garden State Philharmonic performs at several area venues including the Arts and Community Center at Ocean County College in Toms River, The Strand Theatre in Lakewood, The Garden State Philharmonic also conducts frequent booking engagements at the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library, the Stafford Township Arts Center’s Ocean First Theater in Manahawkin, and the Casino Ballroom at Georgian Court University, among other community venues spanning a five county radius in New Jersey.
