Check Out this Family Friendly Halloween “Boo-at” Ride in Tuckerton
When people think of Halloween, many automatically jump to haunted houses and scary events.
But, what about the little ones and those who may not love being scared? Don't they deserve to have some Halloween fun too? Of course, they do, and Tuckerton Seaport has a family-friendly "Boo-at" Ride that is perfect for the family. (See what they did there? Boo-at = Boo and Boat. How cute is that?)
Ocean County Tourism sent us a flyer with the information about the Tuckerton Seaport Boo-at Rides. They'll take place for 2 weekends: October 17th-19th, and October 24th-26th. The cost is $12.50 per person, and that includes a photo op and goody bags for the kids. The tour is an hour-long, and it's Halloween themed, so you'll hear some Jersey Shore legends in there - but don't worry, it's not scary! Attendees must wear a mask. That's not the only family-friendly Halloween event going on in Ocean County. There's also a Not So Spooky Light Show in Toms River, and towns such as Toms River, Berkley, and Beachwood have released trick or treat plans to keep kids safe this year. Surf City and Brick are still holding trunk or treats with Covid-19 guidelines in place.
Will you be doing anything fun with the family for Halloween this year?
