Trunk or Treat is Set in Surf City
Things are different this year, of course, because of Covid-19 - so pre-registration is required.
Surf City's Fire Department will once again host this great event. If you've never been to a Trunk or Treat, it's pretty fun. Parents and residents of the town decorate the trunk of their cars, from haunted houses to Mickey Mouse, and they look so cool. Candy is inside the trunk of the cars and kids walk around to the different trunk of cars.
I remember when Abby (my daughter) was little we decorated and she walked around with her big pumpkin for treats. It's so much fun. I'd usually say it's for the little ones but I've seen some older kids enjoying it, too.
Trunk or Treat will take place Saturday October 24th, 2020 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Surf City Fire Department located at 713 North, Long Beach Blvd. in Surf City, NJ. Tickets will be required, pre-registration will be available this week for the event. CLICK HERE for updates to purchase your tickets.
Just a reminder from the Surf City Police Department's Facebook page:
The event will be happening on a smaller scale this year, and attendees will be required to pre-register for the event. We encourage anyone planning on attending to check out the event page and click "Going" or "Interested" to stay up-to-date with the latest event information.
