The Farmer’s Almanac Predicts Cold and Snow For The Jersey Shore This Winter?
Do you follow the Farmer's Almanac? Some swear by their predictions, while others dismiss them and pay no attention. I must say that my curiosity always peaks when the Almanac comes out with the Winter predictions. People will always say "I hear it's going to be a rough Winter" and I guess it comes from the Farmer's Almanac and their forecasts for the upcoming season. So lets break down the upcoming Winter season, according to the Farmer's Almanac.
December: Temperatures look to be above normal, however looks like the coldest weather comes in Late December around the Holidays, better get the hot chocolate ready for Santa!
January: Looks to be a colder month (that's a stretch lol)
February: Coldest part of the month will be early to mid February.
Snowfall this winter, according to the Farmer's Almanac, will be below normal. Sorry snow lovers, looks like a not so harsh winter here in New Jersey.
By the way, as the kids get back to school the Old Farmer's Almanac predicts a mix of rains, sunshine and cool temperatures in September.
