It's the 44th Annual "Festival of the Sea" carnival happening at St. Francis Center on Long Beach Island. The family event is an annual Summer event since 1975!

The carnival runs tonight (Friday 8/9) and Saturday (8/10) from 6 to 10 pm ... weather permitting.
