Route 9 Southbound Re-Opens in Bayville

An early morning accident had Route 9 closed Southbound in Bayville near Sylvan Lake Blvd. for hours Thursday Morning.... but it has reopened. Traffic was backed up for hours following an accident involving a tractor-trailer and a tow-truck.
