Robert J Novins Planetarium Hosts Virtual Event Saturday Night
If you are a star gazer and miss your outings to the Robert J Novins Planetarium on the Campus of Ocean County College in Toms River don't worry because they are hosting a "virtual" event that you and the family can take advantage of from home.
The staff at the Robert J Novins Planetarium in Toms River will host a "virtual" event this Saturday, October 17th at 7 PM.
The event is entitled "Wonders of the Autumn Sky"
According to the Novins Planetarium..... They would love you to join Planetarium Manager Cara Muscio outlining what you can see in the Autumn night sky. Moon phases, visible planets, stars and constellations, and some deep space objects will be discussed.
This talk will feature the constellations linked to the mythological story of Perseus and Andromeda; a fall and Halloween favorite!
Best for audiences 12 and up.
