Recognizing Those Who Keep Ocean County Offices Running Smoothly

It’s Administrative Professionals Day and I want to salute all of you who steer the ship, or rather, your workplace.  The boss may take all the credit but you know you play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly.  I’m glad there’s a day set aside to recognize those who play an important administrative role.

Before I got into radio, I spent some time in various receptionist and admin positions.  Having been on that side of the desk I know it can be hard work.  The juggling and multitasking required is incredible!

Townsquare Media’s own front desk ambassador, Joyce, is a master at what she does.  I’m constantly impressed with how she smiles and remains cool as a cucumber when a hundred things are happening at the same time.  I’m sure you have known similarly impressive staff members.

So what’s the best way to mark this day?  Are flowers and lunch enough?  How about a Thank You card or in-person expression of gratitude?
