Picklepalooza This Saturday!

The 1st annual "Picklepalooza, Peace, Love, Music & All Good Food In A Jar" Festival to benefit "Pickles Against World Hunger" and  "Rebuild the Jersey Shore" non-profits.....will ebe held this Saturday, September 19th, 10am til 7pm, at Island Beach State Park in Seaside Park. Family fun filled will entertainment, marketplace vendors, great food and all day live music, the event will consist of "10" New Jersey music artists and bands, poets, food vendors , crafters, artisans and non-profit groups.

The purpose is to bring about awareness to hunger in our communities and continue to support the small businesses that lost due to Superstorm Sandy, and what it means to support local farms, eat healthy, and be concerned about our environment.

Picklepalooza is working with The Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties to help alleviate hunger and stock their shelves with food. They ask that you bring 2 or 3 non-perishable canned foods as a donation to The Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, a member of Feeding America.
