How Do You Feel About High Schools Having Anti Overdose Drugs [PUBLIC OPINION]

We have not had a drug overdose death at any school in Monmouth County.  But with that said, one never knows whether an overdose could occur at or near a school.  Having additional trained staff to administer naloxone, if necessary, can save a life ~ Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. It was announced this week that all High Schools in Monmouth County will now have the anti-overdose drug "naloxone" a drug that reverses potentially fatal opioid overdoses. The story was reported yesterday at nj.com and it raises questions  ....

• Should all schools have these drugs in-case of an overdose?

Ocean County was first to have "anti-overdose" drugs at area high schools and have had for over a year now.

The naloxone kits were donated by Adapt Pharma, of Radnor, Pa.
