Halloween Outdoor Movie: Hocus Pocus! For Island Heights Residents

Family fun this Friday night! It's one of the most popular Halloween movies of all time .... Hocus Pocus ! and you can enjoy it under the October moon.

Looking for Halloween fun for the whole family don't miss this outdoor showing of Hocus Pocus this Friday, October 23rd in Island Heights.

The movie fun begins at 6:30 pm at the Wanamaker Complex in Island Heights.

Hocus Pocus (1993) stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy. This fan favorite follows the exploits of the Sanderson sisters and their evil exploits. The witches are awakened hundreds of years later on Halloween in modern day Salem, Massachusetts. The Disney movie has always been a listener favorite when we ask what are your favorite Halloween movies. 

This year Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy will reunite for a special Halloween with Hocus Pocus. 

Leonardo DiCaprio was originally offered the lead role of Max, but declined it in order to pursue What's Eating Gilbert Grape. 

Even though most of the film was shot in Burbank, California on sound stages....some daytime scenes were filmed in Salem and other Massachusetts locations.
