Free Community College?

Put simply, what I’d like to do is to see the first two years of community college free for everyone who’s willing to work for it

 

The President made the announcement this week. According to the Obama Administration the proposal could save the average community college student $3,800 a year. Officials say it is a joint "Federal-State" plan with the feds picking up 75% of the bill, while participating states put in 25%.

Appears Students must have a 2.5 grade point average and continue towards a degree while in school.

The President's plan must go through Congress .... which may see some opposition.
