Midday hosts unite! Nicole Murray from our sister station 94.3 the Point invited me on her segment '94 Seconds with Nicole' to talk all things exercise and diet!

Recently, I've fallen in love with Yoga and have made it part of my daily routine. Not only am I noticing that I am more toned, but my mind feels great too! I got to show Nicole a few Yoga moves that you can incorporate into your day. We also talk about diet tips for Summer 2019. Rick Buro stopped by with some moves that will keep you in tip-top shape.
