Comic Book Show Is Coming To Manahawkin

I love comics, always a fun read. I have several to get to at home including Batman, Superman and Captain America! If you love Comic Con like shows, then you'll wanna be in Manahawkin for the Comic Book Show.

The event takes place Sunday, September 18th from 10 am to 4 pm at the Holiday Inn on Route 72 in Manahawkin.

The show's special guest "fan group" is the USS Challenger, The Jersey Shore Chapter of Starfleet ... The International Star Trek Fan Association. Members will be on hand in costume to be part of the fun. There will be vendor tables with toys and other collectibles and local artist Matt Buttich will be displaying artwork as well as creator Isaiah Puga of "Jagged".

There will be free comic packs for the first 100 people at the show and show cash drawing and other items at noon and 2 pm. The show will feature comics from the silver age up to the modern era.

Admission is only $ 3 per person and children 12 and under are FREE.
