It is known as the "crow moon" or the "worm moon" and right now you can check out March's full moon. This month's moon ia also what is known as a "supermoon" so it may appear a bit larger than usual.

"The term "Supermoon" was coined by the astrologer Richard Nolle in 1979 and refers to either a new or full Moon that occurs when the Moon is within 90% of perigee, its closest approach to Earth in a given orbit." ~ NASA
