With Brick Plaza's new Trader Joe's enjoying its first weeks of business, other Ocean County communities may be suffering from a little TJ envy now that the people of Brick can enjoy their own local Trader Joe's.

During the lightning fast development of the Brick Plaza location, plenty of other Ocean County spots were suggested for additional stores.

Our listeners and readers suggested spots like the former Super Foodtown on Route 37 in Toms River, the quickly developing Route 71 corridor in Manahawkin, and there have even been suggestions of TJ's jumping into Lacey Township's blazing hot grocery store wars.

While social media chatter can tend to fall on deaf ears when it comes to corporate decision makers, Trader Joe's has taken a decidedly consumer-friendly approach by actually encouraging fans to suggest future locations.

If you have a specific spot in mind where you think that a Trader Joe's would be a perfect fit, you can send it straight to the suits at TJ's.

Just click here to check out Trader Joe's "Request a TJ's in my City" page and let those suggestions rip!
