Back in the spring we got a look at architect renderings of what the redeveloped Ocean County Mall property is eventually envisioned to look like.

If you've been to the Hooper Avenue shopping center lately, you've probably noticed that the work is moving along quickly.

A lot has happened since the Sears wing of the mall was demolished last summer, with the opening of BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse to start, and new construction following right on its heels.

From the skeleton of new stores where Sears used to be:

Just a few of the businesses that we know will be coming to the shopping center include Homesense, LA Fitness, and of course the highly anticipated Turning Point restaurant.

There are still months to go before more ribbon cuttings get put on the calendar, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
