So, a funny thing happened today. While I was sampling the outstanding food from both The Chimney Cake Factory and The Mac Truck for the Fast Tracks & Food Trucks Festival at Great Adventure, I couldn't shake the feeling that I'd seen The Mac Truck's chef somewhere before. It all started only two days after Superstorm Sandy - I got a text message from a friend with a picture of a heartwrenching note. It was written by a victim of Sandy, only known as "Mike". From reading the note, it looked like Mike hadn't survived. It was literally his goodbye message to his father and the world. And then things got really dramatic.
