Need Some Exercise? Need to Safely Get out This Weekend? We Have Some Ideas

The weekend is fast approaching and maybe you and the family need some "safe" ideas to get out of the house and get a little entertainment and exercise.

We may just have the answer for you. There's a lot happening in Ocean County that you can do this weekend.

Here are some suggestions for your family:

In Seaside Park this weekend you have the Farmer's Market Friday (weather permitting) Friday from 10 - 3 pm and the Flea Market Sunday from 8 am to 3 pm ... both events at the J Street Marina.

The Carousel of Music continues with the Ocean County Parks and Rec Department. Friday Night, July 31st it's the Toms River municipal Band at 7 pm at Jakes Branch Park in Beachwood. Beach Ball A Palooza & Jimmy and the Parrots Friday Night at 7 pm at the OC Parks & Rec Administration Bayside Field on Bandon Road in Toms River. Saturday, August 1st at 7 pm it's Jersey Gold at the OC Parks & Rec Administration Bayside Field on Bandon Road in Toms River. Sunday. August 2nd it's Strictly 60's at 7 pm at the OC Parks & Rec Administration Bayside Field on Bandon Road in Toms River.
