Keep An Eye on the Sky This Weekend

On the heels of telling you about one of my very favorite smartphone apps yesterday, this weekend will give you a good chance to take it for a spin with a great show in the sky expected.

This weekend, astronomers are expecting a more active than usual Orionid Meteor Shower. I've mentioned before how much I love catching a meteor shower, and this weekend should be a good opportunity. It's supposed to be relatively clear, and the moon shouldn't be too bright.

If you're able to find somewhere away from city lights, grab a blanket, a warm coat, and watch the sky!
