Have You Seen This Man In Toms River?

I have to be honest, this blog asks more questions then has answers. It appears there are new statues popping up all over Toms River. Remember last year we had various "scenes" with statues done by an artist .... Now we are seeing new large bronze statues.

Do you like the statues as an addition to the town ? have any background on them ?
