Rob and Sheryl Lowe have been trying to sell their beautiful mansion for several years and finally, they got a bite that was worth the wait. According to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com the Lowe's just sold this beauty over the asking price at $45.5 million to the co-founder of RoundTable Health Care Partners.

Look at that pool, now that is some back yard! The Lowe estate is considered a classic East Coast style home and a stand out from the general Mediterranean architecture in the area. The Lowe estate sits on just over three acres of property.

As far as having enough room.....the Lowe estate has a whopping 20 rooms. Think that's enough for family and company? The mansion also has 9 indoor fireplaces with one right in Rob's bedroom in the Master Suite. You're gonna need a lot of firewood in this one.

If that wasn't enough, in addition to the main house, the grounds are home to a two-bedroom guest house, a one-bedroom pool house with staff quarters, and an outdoor kitchen. I have my grilling area in my backyard, but this is a whole new ballgame when it comes to making hot dogs and hamburgers. I’d love to entertain with this backyard setup.
