Cooler or Warmer Nights
Recently in Women's World magazine there was an article about that it's better to have it a little cooler in your bedroom to sleep soundly.
The article stated that 68 degrees is perfect sleeping weather for the winter. It says a cool bedroom helps lower your body's internal thermostat--which makes you drowsy and gives you a better nights sleep. I usually have my thermostat set at 72. I wake up sweating sometimes, though. Tonight, I'm turning it down to 68.
Do you like warmer sleeping or cooler sleeping nights?
