Brick BOE Hires New Superintendent

The Brick Board of Education's search for a new School Superintendent ends with the hiring of a township resident.

The Asbury Park Press reports the board voted Tuesday night to appoint Walter Uszenski to a four-year contract for $175,000 a year. Uszenski was Superintendent of the Spotswood School District for three years.

Acting Superintendent Walter Hrycenko will continue to serve as an Assistant Superintendent.
