As I was shopping at a local warehouse club earlier this week, I saw something that instantly transported me to my childhood. The neon orange cheese and red stick instantly brought me back.

Of course, I'm talking about Handi-Snacks, the portable cheese and crackers that many an elementary school kid had in their lunch bags.

Now with the Ritz cracker name, they still look and taste the same (although I don't remember there being only 4 crackers in each package).

It's kind of funny looking at it with adult eyes now - considering they don't have to be refrigerated, I'm pretty sure that there isn't much that resembles actual dairy product in there. But the look and the taste memory are still exactly the same.

What childhood snacks do you remember fondly? Tell us in the comments!
