As I was shopping at a local warehouse club earlier this week, I saw something that instantly transported me to my childhood. The neon orange cheese and red stick instantly brought me back.
I remember, when I was a kid I would excitedly wait for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day hoping that I'd see some snow flakes falling to make it a white Christmas. I don't know why, but it felt like it was the most important thing in the world - if it didn't snow for Christmas, you just weren't getting the full Christmas experience. As an adult though, my thoughts on the matter have changed.

It's no secret that I like teddy bears, so naturally I love this video. A New Jersey man found his fiancee's childhood teddy bear, which was in a sad state of disrepair, got it totally fixed and surprised her with it at Christmas. Her reaction is fantastic. Watch for yourself:
Every adult remembers ripping into presents at the holidays hoping for a fancy new toy. One of the best parts of being an adult - you don't have to wait for the holidays.
I admit it, I wasn't the best student when I was in high school. I spent more time watching TV than doing homework. I knew that I should be doing homework, so I'd get an awkward guilty feeling when sitting in front of the tube. The funny part now - I still get that feeling sometimes.
