Have you ever wondered how the process of getting a personalized license plate in New Jersey works? The first answer to a common question - yes, the MVC reviews every single application, and there some that will automatically be rejected.

Some are obvious - racial slurs, profanity, etc. Others are just silly, (apparently BARFF is a no-no for Garden State drivers).
