As Labor Day is right around the corner and summer wanes, the winter predictions are starting to come out. And The Farmers' Almanac is telling us that it's going to be...

It was only three days ago that I was bemoaning the heat and humidity that Mother Nature has been subjecting us to so far this summer. And then, wouldn't you know, the temperatures took a nose dive.

To put it lightly, it's been a brutal summer, with almost constant heat and humidity. But, if I'm being honest, I'll still take it over winter.

Yes, that guy is snowboarding in shorts. I would assume on purpose.

As we all know, Spring started at 7:02 this morning. But you really wouldn't know by going outside.

With the chill in the air, it may not feel like it, but spring has arrived after a warm and stormy winter.

Honestly, I'm normally not a fan of snow. But this morning I had to admire the lovely, white landscape. Maybe because it didn't stick to the roads and I know it'll most likely be gone by the time the weekend is over.

Today's late winter storm event is being felt around New Jersey with high winds, power outages for thousands, coastal floods and airport delays along with voluntary evacuations.
