The Superstorm's third anniversary serves as the launch point for a shore Congressman's plan to ensure that the kind of telecommunication breakdowns we saw during Sandy have less of a chance of recurring - for civilians as well as for emergency responders - nationwide.

It was 14 years ago today that we suffered through the worst terrorist attacks on American soil in our nation’s history. The country and the world were stunned and outraged. The FBI learned valuable lessons and has taken great strides to ensure another attack like 9/11 never happens again.

A 9/11 tribute and fundraiser, which was started by a group of Manalapan residents, is back for its 14th year.
