Lakewood Officials to Introduce New Camping Ordinance

Lakewood Committee Members will reportedly be introducing a new ordinance to prohibit camping on public property without a permit. The proposal is aimed at capping further expansion of the tent city homeless encampment off Cedar Bridge Avenue. According to the Lakewood Scoop, there's word, the Township will also soon be enforcing a ban on open fires on public land as well.
