Author and Motivational Speaker Hal Elrod sat down to talk with Shawn Michaels, sharing some of his tips on how to start your day off right!

Known as "Yo Pal Hal" since hosting his first radio show at age 15, Hal's greatest triumph came at 20 after his car was hit head on by a drunk driver, and he was found dead at the scene. Despite being clinically dead for six minutes, in a coma for six days, breaking 11 bones, suffering permanent brain damage and being told he may never walk again, Hal defied the odds.

He went on to become a hall of fame business achiever, bestselling author, and not only did Hal walk again, but completed an ultra-marathon (52 miles) to raise money for charity - all before his 30th birthday.

He has since dedicated his life to helping others maximize the limitless potential that is within each of us, creating results in their lives that some may not have previously believed to be possible.
