Getting More For Less: My Pleasant Surprise Calling Customer Service
I recently called my cable and cell phone providers with questions. After they gave me the information I asked for, they said they would able to improve my plans while also bringing my costs down. Huh?
I was surprised. Skeptically thinking there must be a catch, I listened to what they had to say. To my delight, they offered me a special promotional rate that would get my monthly bill down a pretty nice amount.
AND, my unused data would roll over to the next month? Cool!
With my cable upgrade, I got nice new equipment, and they doubled my internet speed!
All of this happened because I picked up the phone and called customer service.
