Woman or Man Boss?

Which do you prefer?  Do you really care?

The majority of Americans really don't care if their boss is a man or a woman.  In a Gallup poll from 1953 66% of pollers said they wanted a man as their boss.  Today opinions have changed, although men are still in the lead, 33% say a man and 23% prefer a woman.
