Woman Dies In Toms River Accident

One woman is dead in a Sunday night accident on Hooper Avenue in Toms River.

Police say a Hyundai Sonata driven by Nicole Lavecchia 30, of Toms River was northbound on Hooper Avenue around  veered off into a utility pole near Orchard Street. She was pronounced at the scene. The road was closed from from Dayton to Grand as police conducted an investigation. Lavecchia was alone in the car.
