First, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your support. The documentary about my trip to NBC's Today Show, made by my friends at Hey Killer Films, is doing well on YouTube right now. We would like to hear from you, so send us your comments.

The Today Show celebrated 60 years on the air earlier this month and I was outside the Rockefeller Center studios for the live show which featured many of the former anchors and hosts.  It was a great time and had a lot of meaning to me.

Because of a trip to NBC Studios when I was younger and an interview I did with Matt Lauer and Katie Couric when I was in high school, I studied broadcasting and journalism in college.  Now I work for Townsquare Media and recently celebrated three years doing the morning news and six years in total with the company.

The photo that appears on this page shows the exact moment when Matt and Katie saw me through the window holding my trusty sign and remembered me from our first encounter nearly 13 years ago.

If you haven't watched the video yet, check it out here:

Also, you can stay up to date with the project and check out more stories from that day, videos and photos on our Facebook Group.
