Whether you like something more plain like cheddar or something more pungent like blue cheese, if you go to a good cheese shop you will find something that you like. Breaking it down to the best cheese shop in every state and of course, we are focusing on the shop selected here in the Garden State. "Today, creameries around the country produce incredible cheeses that rival the finest in the world." For the record one of my favorite cheeses' is "pepper jack" I love the spicy "zing". In the Espresso article, They selected a cheese shop in Hunterdon County as the BEST in the Garden State. Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse (369 Stamets Rd, Milford, NJ 08848) was chosen as New Jersey's best cheese shop. "The late Anthony Bourdain was a big fan of Bobolink Dairy and Bakery and even featured them in the pilot episode of his series No Reservations. This couple-run dairy produces farmstead cheese with milk from their grass-fed, humanely raised cows. Sample their work at the local farmer’s market."
