To try and avoid any further injury or tragedy in the Jersey Shore beach season upon us, it is absolutely imperative you follow all the rules and listen to the lifeguards.
Several water rescues were made Saturday in the Toms River and Brick areas alone for drowning incidents and while all made it to shore, one victim tragically passed away a short time later.
As we get ready to kick off the summer next Monday at Breakwater Beach Waterpark in Seaside Heights they'll be jumping in to help break a world record this week!
