A Brick Township man is facing animal cruelty charges for allegedly leaving his dog out on the second floor fire escape of a Northrup Drive residence for several hours on Sunday when highs reached 99-degrees in parts of Ocean County. The dog later died.
I had heard that these magic ovens clean by getting to a ridiculously high temperature. Something about the appliance heating to about 900 degrees made me uncomfortable. I admit, I was afraid it would explode and burn my house down.
By now you've probably seen the video out of Cumberland County of a massive amount of pollen bursting from a tree. It's just one of the signs of a what's been a very impactful allergy season.
