The website Niche has issued its new rankings for 2020 of the "Best Places to Live" in the Garden State, but for at least the fourth year now, the website took a bit of a unique approach: Niche, the consumer rankings service, has assigned a grade, on an A+-to-D- scale, to almost every town in the state.
