2. Plumstead Twp (Ocean County)
3. Colts Neck (Monmouth County)
4. Rumson (Monmouth County)
5. Manalapan (Monmouth County)
6. Marlboro (Monmouth County)
7. Waretown (Ocean County)

Safest in the state was New Hanover Township (Burlington County)

Least Safest

1. Asbury Park (Monmouth County)
2. Neptune (Monmouth County)
3. Belmar (Monmouth County)
4. Long Branch (Monmouth County)
5. Toms River (Ocean County)
6. Ocean Twp. (Monmouth County)
7. Keansburg (Monmouth County)
8. Red Bank (Monmouth County)
9. Keyport (Monmouth County)

Least safest in the state was Wildwood (Cape May County)
