Resonances Boreales at the Novins Planetarium in Toms River [VIDEO]
This week I had the pleasure of being invited to a special preview of a new program at the Novins Planetarium on the campus of Ocean County College in Toms River. The program, which is a joint venture between the Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts and the Novins Planetarium, is entitled "Resonances Boreales" .... a musical work set to the backdrop of the Northern Lights. Roman Zavada from Quebec, Canada is the pianist who composed the piece. Zavada traveled to extreme wilderness locations in Canada to write the music while filming the Northern Lights. It's a fantastic journey through the Canadian nighttime sky. Thanks to Amanda Vick-Boyle & Jessica Zawerczuk for having me be part of this special event. I thoroughly enjoyed the performance!
