As New Jersey continues the re-opening process it appears "phase two" could be weeks away according to Governor Murphy.

In a recent northjersey.com article Murphy said "in a matter of weeks" phase two could possibly begin re-opening here in New Jersey.

What does "phase two" include?

Personal care services
Expanded child care
Museums
Libraries
Retail

Governor Murphy added that state officials will look at latest coronavirus cases, patients in the hospital, those in intensive care and the number on ventilators....which according to officials has declined overall in the past two weeks.
