Probation for Former TR Schools Insurance Man

A former insurance provider for the Toms River Regional School District is sentenced Thursday to three years probation after pleading guilty to making false statements to the FBI. 66-year-old Carl Amenhauser of Bordentown must also pay a $20-thousand dollar fine. Amenhauser admitted to intentionally misleading the FBI with regard to payments he had made to now-former Assistant Superintendent Frank D'Alonzo.
