Pink Trash Cans in Ocean County

Where can I get one? I was driving through Pine Beach and saw these.

I'm not sure if they're recycling or the regular trash can, but I have not seen them anywhere else other than Pine Beach. It's a great idea for Breast Cancer Awareness.

How do I get one, or is it a town thing in Ocean County?
