Nordstrom made the announcement last week that they would not be opening 16 of their stores after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

According to businessinsider.com, Nordstrom will not be re-opening at the Freehold Raceway Mall because of the impact of the pandemic. Several other Nordstroms will also not be opening in California, Maryland, Florida, and New Jersey - just to name a couple of states it impacted.
