I write this after seeing a friend of mine who drove from South Carolina to New Jersey over the weekend. (With the cost of gas? Ouch) 

On his trip up North, he had a run in with an out-of-state gas station.

Long story short, they pulled some shady stuff when it was time for him to pay because their prices were not posted.

Wild, right?

So it got me wondering, do New Jersey gas stations legally have to post their prices? And what other rules and regulations come along with it?

So long story short, if you come across a gas station who does not have their prices publicly posted, REPORT IT because it is illegal.

I remember when I thought that $20.00 for a tank of gas was expensive...joke is on me, right?
